the staff is very responsive and helpful, but i rarely see them smiling and friendly.

I just like the location of the hotel because it is near in Manila’s tourists spots and staffs were accomodating.

Keycard in our room was not properly working. We were given a roof view room even if I requested here in booking for Manila Bay view room. There are lights in the room that were not working. AC is not cold. They have limited parking slots and that we have to pay 100 pesos for overnight parking in other parking area. No hair dryer.

The staff were friendly and the location is great when in Manila.

The rooms are questionable. We stayed here twice as it was a last minute booking because our other accommodation got cancelled. The room that was got the first time was fine. Wasnt the best but it was good enough to stay just to sleep. The towels were stained though. We booked another night after we came back to Manila because we needed a place to stay for couple of hours before our next trip and OMG, the bed was soo itchy that we could not sleep. We had to ask to get the sheets changed at 1 or 2 am because we couldn't handle it anymore. We didnt sleep as we left couple of hours later. The food promos that they advertise all over the hotel doesnt exist FYI. Hotel is outdated too. I would just recommend booking a condo somewhere else for the price that they offer.
