Central location, a short walk to the centre and good parking

The weirdest experience I’ve ever had with a host - TL:DR, host sent a a man unannounced to yell at us in person for their error. Threatened with extra charges. Forced out at 9am on non check out day for cleaners (which the host wouldn’t confirm the time for, meaning we were up at 7am waiting in case they let themselves in). Loud place which is hilariously close to a strip club. The accommodation is pretty good for what the cost is, it does sound like elephants are above you at times but that’s the only real downside. Close to the centre. It was ruined by being yelled at by a man sent by the host and being made to leave the apartment at 9am on a morning we were not checking out. The host was unable to respond to our message asking if we could use the vacant car park space before checking in (his previous guests left at 10am, so we’d asked if we could park up early using the pass and intended to check in later on). We’d ask the host before setting off at 10am, explaining we’d be arriving at 12pm and we were happy to park across the street if not. Six hours later we received a reply. In this time, we’d arrived at the apartment to be welcomed by staff and shown to our room. It turns out, these were the cleaners and they’d put us in the wrong room (language barrier). Later, whilst having a lovely nap we were called by the host asking about which room we were in (I was asleep on holiday but managed to call back in 3 minutes from the initial call - hopefully this will be inspirational for Dominique). Upon answering the door, he immediately told us that we had made big problems, ruined their day playing tennis (sorry that managing your accommodation got in the way of this) and that we had taken advantage of the staff to gain access to a better room.

Гарні, чисті апартаменти. Хоча приміщення, в якому вони розташовані, трохи здивувало. Бо було відчуття наче це колишня лікарня. Проте самі апартаменти супер, парковка під будинком. Не маємо жодних нарікань

Me gustó la ubicacion y la limpieza

A really good location with available parking - which is *big deal* here in Ljubljana. The apartment is spacey and can accommodate all your needs for sure. Pretty clean, with enough towels and sheets. Communication with the host happened via Whatsapp and the check-in/check-out was easy. I'd book again for my family easilly.

The apartment is terribly missing a dishwasher, so if you're doing breakfast / lunch in the apartment on your own, prepare for some work. While generally always available, the parking is tight, tight, tight, so good luck if you're in a 7 seater SUV. Oh, those pigeons are dragons if judging the size of the c**p they'll leave on your car :D

Great communication before arrival. Lovely accommodation in a great location, walkable into the City. Parking outside the building and lovely Italian restaurant across the road. A lovely stay in the apartment and enjoyed Ljubljana.

Fab location. Plenty of space for 2. Fully fitted kitchen. Fab italian restaurant across the road.
