Mountain Lake JBS

we visited during august so there was a small swimming pool and some games for kids to jump and play. the host was super nice and suggested a short hike around and also spent some time with us helping us with catching fish in the lake which was really nice with the kids. the staff is really kind and helpful, even while not always speaking english. the host told us this place is new so there are things he plans to build to make it even better. the villa is specially decorated as a hunters house - lots of preserved animals which is really cool (as shown in the photos). The AC was really good. there's nowhere to eat 30 minutes drive from this place so we had dinner every night and we really enjoyed it!

the borders of how to act in this place are not clear - the shared kitchen doesn't feel like a kitchen you can actually use for anything except of the meals you get from the staff and you are not always sure what parts of this place are for you as a guest and which parts are for the staff. the same goes with the washing machine which listed as available in the room but we didn't see one except of the one used by the staff - so again - borders of how to act in this place should be clearly set. over the 4 days we stayed there I think that every night there was some kind of event in the shared areas so that's fine and doesn't hurt much of your sleeping but you lack the feeling of nature or quite.
