The price, shower didn’t stay up, no water in the minibar, having to ask for WiFi code, breakfast was sparse and staff sat around on tables talking, rather than stocking up low items. Joke! One of the worse places I have stayed and that’s during 11 years travelling for work.
GBThe location is absolutely fantastic! Food/Restaurant is fabulous with a view to die for! Wellness is great bit tired in places and not sure about the 'towel' provided. Bar and restaurant team was great. Reception might need a bit more smiley faces :-) Overall a good experience.
