TIP TOP apartment

Good location, a small but comfortable and very clean apartment, excellent facilities & good communication from our host

We arrived after dark and there is nothing saying TipTop in the entrance so I was not sure we were in the correct location a small sticker would have been reassuring

It was rather basic. Minimal utensils in the kitchen. Basic bed covering. Not enough hooks.

Everything was amazing! clean and cozy ! Thank you very much!

More than we needed for a night. All was good, location not far from waterfront. .

We had booked & paid for 3 ppl but was only 2 in the end. Think there was sheets for sofa bed not sure if there was a pillow/blanket though.

The apartment's location is great, at the center of Chalkida, close to restaurants and bars. The beds are very comfortable and the facilities of the rooms are good. The apartment was also very clean! Communication with the host was good.

When we arrived the self-check-in boxes did not work, because we were given the wrong passwords. We called the host and after 10 minutes she sent someone to help us. However, that man did not apologize and he was also a bit rude. Also, given that we were 6 people, the hosts should have put more towels and toilet paper in the room, there were 2 toilet paper for 6 people. Additionally, the bath curtains were bad and dirty. The wifi did not work properly. Moreover, no shower gel or soap in the bathrooms. Lastly, the sofa-bed could be better, maybe the hosts could consider listing their apartment for 4 people rather than 6, it would be a much better experience! Overall, while the apartment is good, it could be a lot better with some improvements.
