I forgot something when I was leaving quickly in the moy. I called the hotel and they sent the lost stuff very fast. I got it the next day.

The only thing is that phone calls function better than email. I sent the email for a couple of days and there was no reply. With phone call immediate action was taken.

"Rude manager, stinky sewage smell, not again"

The location is probably the only thing. The big train/bus station is literally across the road and there is a Starbucks at the bottom with a food hall.

The whole building smelt like a sewer. It was pretty unbeatable. Thankfully we were only there for the night otherwise I would have gone somewhere else.
