Clean basic caravan

Very poor communication between owner Wi-Fi poor not in van just on site

Nice Caravan. Friendly staff.

Not a lot of storage for food and clothes, but didn't retract from our stay.

Close to clubhouse and shop and arcade and restaurant play area swimming pool

Sick on bedroom floor when we walked in was greeted by a half can of carling on the kitchen counter also tea towel left on top of cooker

Cleaner is amazing as van spotless

False advertising, communication poor and no help from either owner or booking dot com to resolve issues. No tv, no wifi, no toilet roll, soap, not even an oven glove or salt/pepper. No cleaning stuff, washing up cloth, nothing! Had to go and do a large shop despite asking what we needed to bring before hand. We were told all provided just bring towels! Van is small. Toilet is a struggle as you literally touch the door with your knees. Twin beds are very small. Toilet blinds also broken so people could see in. Table seats are wooden benches and very uncomfortable. Under caravan was a lot of water and was attracting insects! Think budget caravan rather than luxury and bring all your own stuff. The van is very close to entertainment building so it was v noisy at night, kids playing knock knock and run away at all times. Must have had about 8 kids do this over 2 days. One night a fight erupted and people shouting and screaming with security guards chasing people . We could not go into entertainment place after 4 if we did not have ‘passes’ so could not get food, the shop or to the kids playground. Very uncomfortable stay. We all ran out of data and had to leave early as no wifi / tv. Ruined our holiday if I am honest. No refund offered despite false advertising of all the facilities. Break cost us a lot more than we bargained for and had the owners been upfront and honest we would never have booked this property. I also notice they have changed the name of the holiday home buts it’s 10 Beachfield. Getting the keys was also a fuss and we never got into caravan until a few hrs after check in. Just avoid!
