The staff members were very helpful and understanding. Always offered to help where they could. The rooms were clean and tge linen was also very clean.

They forgot to replace tissue rolls in the toilet. Fortunate enough i had carried an extra one.

That the room was spacious

That the room was ill equiped, there wasn't even a room service menu, and the staff too didn't even bother sending a menu to the room even after repeated calls. Had to drag myself down to lobby after a long day of meetings.
