Location is fine. Checking and checkout OK.

Plumbing and fixtures not OK. Staff's communication skills awful. Not good in any language. Room service quality poor. Food quality- average. Can easily improve with little effort.

nothing because everything seems to be fake

everything, from the starting reception, room, bathroom, restaurant, nothing impressed me, because I have seen the pics in the booking.com app, and they shown pics like very neat and clean, but as soon as I enter the hotel the carpet itself is very smelly, and when I enter the room I felt different smell which I couldn’t bear and then I tried restaurant which is very bad maintenance in terms of hygiene, and I decided to leave the same day after 1hr, but I paid my full amount for 3 nights which I lost just like that …:very bad guys , do some work , otherwise don’t show us pics like it’s very neat and clean, I hope the reviews I have seen before posted by hotel itself , because I feel no body give that good reviews after seeing this hotel….

The room was spacious for the value. I liked the location .

The staff seems quite unapproachable . They dont pick up the phone easily. Also lighting could ve much better. It seems quite dark.

property is good as my fren she was staying and she had a medical problem where she had to rest the every receptionist was really helpful

I was not allowed in day time to visit her
