A lovely Bacalar base with attentive and helpful hosts, with fantastic recommendations to help you make the most of Bacalar. Well-located and excellent value for money.

La casa está hermosa acogedora y es como car en bacalar. La atención de Claudia fue excelente y sus recomendaciones sobre los lugares fueron la diferencia. Nos ayudó muchísimo y desde que llegamos hasta que salimos tuvimos siempre la seguridad, y el acompañamiento de ella. Sin duda nuestra experiencia fue la mejor.

L'appartement est très propre, décoré avec goût, bien équipé. Rien à dire, c'était parfait 😍

Spacious

The apartment was lovely and clean. The kitchen had everything you needed to cook basic breakfast etc. it was nice that cooking oil was also provided. The location is honestly such an easy and safe walk from Centro. We walk back in the dark and although quiet, it felt very safe. Host was so lovely, helped us with recommendations. The bathroom was nice and great hot water with a hairdryer. Air con in bedroom and big fan in living room.

Only thing to note is that the double bed is very small. But the bedroom has two beds so me and my partner just slept in separate beds for the two nights which was fine because he had a cold anyway. Sometimes the lock to the front door didn’t lock properly so just make sure you check it before you leave.

We had a fantastic stay here. The apartment was really well equipped with all we needed. Our host Claudia was also amazing, helping us to book tours and a taxi to the bus station and was lighting fast at responding to messages. Bacalar is a beautiful place perfect to relax and the apartment was well located a short walk into town to make the most of it! We also appreciated the Christmas tree and lights.

The host is friendly and takes good care of the accommodation. She informed us of situations such as power outages and bad weather. There was a time when there was a lack of gas for cooking, and she quickly solved the problem. It's a clean and convenient accommodation. It's a little far from the cent er, but I enjoyed the walk.
