"Exceptional"

The property was absolutely beautiful, had everything we needed plus more. The hosts were easy to contact, were extremely friendly and were on hand if you needed them. The location of the property was amazing, with a beautiful outlook. We even managed to see a pod of dolphins who put on a performance for us. We had a fantastic holiday and will definitely be back.

Everything. Very welcoming atmosphere. Spotlessly clean. Decorated tastefully. Very comfortable - it's clear the owners have invested in the property as well as furnishings and not opted for cheap options. Spectacular views. Best accomodation I've stayed in by far, home or abroad. Would return in a heartbeat.

"This is a great property for a family stay, well-equipped, comfortable, and with great views."

The property was very smart and well-equipped. The house was warm, and the furniture and beds were comfortable. There was plenty of living space including in the kitchen which was in an extension. Since the house was right on the coast we had great views over the Moray Firth towards Caithness and the off-shore wind farm.

I don't think there was anything we didn't like.

"Probably the best cottage I have ever rented. Superb."

The location was superb for a quiet and peaceful few days away from the hustle and bustle of normal life. The house was outstanding and everything you could think of was supplied. Sitting in the summer house on the look out for dolphins was a great way to pass the time especially with a glass of wine supplied by the hosts. What could be better. Unfortunately the dolphins were not to be seen on this occasion. Maybe next time.

There was nothing that our hosts could have done better but a few more choices of places to eat in the evening would have been nice. This is probably because our stay was out of season and maybe we just didn’t find them.
