"Terrible and Disaster"

Clean room.

My room door lock is broken i cant leave anything valuable in the room. Not safe at all. The air conditioning is setting to AUTO and i cant sleep at all the room is too hot. Luckily the day is raining. i asked the staff for the aircond remote control but they refuse to give me with excuse the hotel owner keep the remote. i almost wanna check out the day but i cant move out because of floody everywhere in Inanam area. The toilet flush also broken cant flush at all, need to fill in water inside the basin then flush it manualy. Terrible experience i had here and not recommended at all i wont give 1 star at all. The hotel is permanently locked at 12am midnight. I cant go out must asked permission to open the main door. If you from outside then u need to press the door bell then the receptionist who working at morning shift will let u in. i asked why no night shift staff, they receptionest said the owner havent hiring anyone yet.
