Payment is made in two installments of 50%, where the first installment has to be paid within 14 days of receipt of the confirmation. The second installment must be paid at the latest six weeks before arrival. Upon arrival within 6 weeks after reservation, the entire amount in one period should be paid within 14 days after reservation. "Ruimte, luxe op topligging met paar verbeterpuntjes"

Ruime moderne warm ingerichte villa van alle gemakken voorzien. Vooral fijn dat iedereen eigen badkamer had en de hond mee kon. Ligging op loopafstand van de duinen, het strand en De Koog. Genoten van ons korte verblijf.

Paar puntjes die ik zou kunnen bedenken. Dit zijn luxe villa’s in hoog prijssegment. Als je dan handdoekenpakketten besteld, zou je toch ook iets betere kwaliteit handdoeken verwachten dan bij de “standaard” vakantiehuisjes. Ik blijf het ook vreemd vinden dat er dan geen badmatje bij zit. Altijd natte bende in badkamer, waar je dan een handdoek voor moet op offeren. Zou ook fijn zijn als je badjassen kunt huren. Er is immers een sauna. De vide boven de woonkamer is qua design super mooi. Maar erg gehorig voor alle geluiden uit de woonkamer. Tieners boven werden wakker van ons toe we de vaatwasser uitruimden in de ochtend. Ook de tv hadden ze de hele avond gehoord. Badkamers zijn enorm groot, vreemd dat ruimte niet benut wordt met wat ruimere afsluitbare douches/dubbele wastafels etc.

Eine gemütliche Wohnung

Gefehlt hat dringend eine Beleuchtung draußen,war gefährlich,besonders wenn es früh dunkel wird.Heizung in den Zimmern nicht Eiteln regulierbar.
