Please note that for reservations of more than 3 villas, different policies and additional supplements may apply. Pets are only allowed upon request, and a surcharge applies. Payment is made in two installments of 50%, where the first installment has to be paid within 14 days of receipt of the confirmation. The second installment must be paid at the latest six weeks before arrival. Upon arrival within 6 weeks after reservation, the entire amount in one period should be paid within 14 days after reservation. Upon arrival within 14 days after reservation, payment must be made via iDEAL. Costs for kitchen linen and towels are as follows: - Kitchen linen EUR 8.20 per package - Towels EUR 9.30 per package - Bed linen EUR 12.50 per personThis property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. A deposit may be required at the property.
