L’aide de Rosie qui nous a indiqué quoi faire et nous a permis d’avoir une voiture privée avec chauffeur. Super endroit.

GBFantastic place in an absolutely stunning location. The room was massive (we had a junior suite), everything clean, super comfy bed and very nice and helpful staff.
* The breakfast menu was a bit underwhelming; * They don't accept card payments. I know this is the case with most places in Vietnam but you would expect a place like this to have the option.

AUWe had a wonderful stay at Pu Luong Paradise. The accommodation was very comfortable, we enjoyed the pool and wonderful views, and the staff was so friendly and helpful. The food was delicious!
VNOnly stayed there for one night but it was great. Nice spacious rooms, bathroom design was really cool, awesome view from bedroom window. The entire hotel has a very cool vibe to it. Stuff was super nice, especially the lady working behind the desk. She was great. Nice filling breakfast too!

ILThey made our stay so special! It was my birthday and brought me a beautiful birthday cake and surprised me. They did everything they could for us, it was an amazing time.
USUSEverything was perfect— the staff was so friendly and accommodating, the food was delicious, and the grounds, rooms, and views were breathtaking! We are not typically “resort people” but decided to splurge a little (by VN standards, not USD!) and it was so worth it. We will never forget our stay here!
