The owner supreme help. what can say. Simply life, honest,, pure mind. What we requested, all of them owner staff try fulfill our wish. Example. Can please clean the room? Can add another water? Can show us the direction? Can ..etc. All yes. Not perfunctory.. Even they can cooking and served us..yummy. Smile 😃 laughing 😃 easy going.. For solo or small groups . I recommend to stay.

The staff are lovely the pool is clean and the rooms are nice.

The beds are quite uncomfortable, the pillows are very hard. There is no access to the beach, it is a concrete slipway and you can’t swim there. Luckily the pool is there. Also the food available there is quite limited although it is very tasty and grab is easily accessible.

Relaxed, quiet. Great value for money We were in the budget room, but it was Fine . Pool is great, quite windy, but cool. Plenty sun beds, hammocks seating

Bien Ngoc Homestay is a great choice if you’re visiting Phan Thiet. Fully equipped, right by the beach, beautiful views, delicious food, and very affordable. Definitely coming back next time!

It is a beautiful place, directly by the ocean. The swimming pool is refreshing, the places to chill are lovely and the room provides everything you need. Food here is good as well and the owners are the kindest. Loved it!

the place would be so quiet if not for the neighbours playing loud music. But that's nothing really disturbing, just important to know.
