The Tamarind Tree

We loved the accommodation and the host Frank was lovely, very helpful and accommodating.

Maybe a little far from things.

The highlight is Sir Frank. He really went out of his way to accommodate us. Picked us up from the airport, had to make 2 trips because we were 8, then even offered to pick up our other friends from the airport arriving at 2am the next day - which he did do! The facilities were complete, with towels, toiletries, and there were more beds than I expected. Even the drinking water is provided. No info re cooking because I didn't cook, but the stove and utensils are there. The location can be tricky, but it can be learned. Just remember to go to CHITO CABANAG Street, and then you can spot the Tamarind Tree there. I have nothing but praise for this place.

The main problem is Google Maps. It has not registered the exact location of this place. They should do something about this. Booking.com should facilitate this, too, so the address can be updated. The address here is correct. But to be more specific, CHITO CABANAG Street, Brgy. San Pedro. My other suggestion is I hope the flush was working and more foot rags on the floor to avoid mud from forming. But honestly, I will stay here again during my next visit. It is a very, very pleasant experience without breaking the bank.

The cleanliness and the space is good.

Kulang po sa ilaw specially sa gate and pathways papuntang bahay and for safety additional locks inside and outside po sana. But overall okay naman po.

My highlight was the host Frank - such a kind and helpful person! And, it was a very good place to stay: Very clean, AC, the place had lots of space, was in a quiet surrounding.

Everything was perfect

The apartment was perfect for an overnight stay before flying to Cebu. It is clean and spacious and in a good location. We were close to Robinsons mall to pick up so needed items before travelling on. Frank is also a very kind man and the communication was excellent. He came to pick us up when we got lost finding the place and also dropped us off at the airport. For the price I dont think you will find anywhere near as good!

Quiet little spot , very clean and well put together , everything you’d need and the hosts were my favourite in all of the phillipines. Frank is a great man , very welcoming , was extremely kind and helpful gave me his number and said if there’s anything you need don’t hesitate to call. Also gave offered to give us a lift to the airport , and dropped me off at the local mall about a km away . His wife was also very friendly and helpful . Thanks for the great stay !

Slightly awkward to find due to it being nighttime and the property tucked away on a quiet side road Everything else was perfect ! Wish I had more time in puerta princesa and could have happily stayed there longer

The host, Kuya Frank has been really accomodating to our family during our stay there. He made sure we were well settled in the place. He even offered to drop us off to some places and also drove us to the airport early in time for our flight. It took us awhile to find the location of the place but we loved how clean and tidy the place was, from the bathroom, living room, dining, and bedroom. It was also near the airport and mall. They were also able to grant our last minute request of having white bedsheets, thank you!

Accessibility cause it was hard to find at first but it can be worked on.
