The owner made us welcome and was knowledgeable about the area. Comfortable bed. Well equipped kitchen.

Noisy seagulls. Noisy guest in the kitchen, banging cupboard doors very early in the morning. There was no mirror in the bedroom.

Very clean and the staff are lovely and helpful

The TV in the single room had no reception and the shower in The double room has a tendency to go cold. I’ll advise owners in due course as I’m sure they sort it out.

Close to most places for food or a drink. Pub right across. Very quiet also.

Good location. Good shared clean kitchen amenities. Cleaner was very friendly and surprised me that rooms were turned down whilst we were there. Quiet for a shared house with lots of people coming and going at different times.

Communication wasn't great throughout the week. started strong when I was going to check in a day late - but the rest of the time with the issues/questions I had, very slow and felt ignored. Left a night early as did not enjoy the stay (and had checked in a day late). Lighting/fuse box coming off the wall outside bathroom, weird brown stains on washing basket in my room, nail clippers left in bathroom and receipts from other customers in bedside drawers, which made me think not cleaned very thoroughly. Mini fridge was unusable (very bad smell from it). It was removed 2 days after reported and there was a shared clean fridge in the kitchen which had plenty of space.

The hosts were fantastic, very friendly, and the bed was extremely comfy, and I slept like a baby. The location was central to everything, and the kitchen was very spacious and had everything you needed.

Couldn't fault it.
