An absolute gem of a place! Lovely location; very friendly owners; excellent room with great facilities. Clean throughout and even used their own chicken's eggs in the breakfast!

The hosts were very welcoming to their B&B with the pot of tea on our arrival on an exceptionally hot day much appreciated. Aspects such as the opportunities to borrow maps, the extensive range of reading material, spare pens, a fan and fresh milk in a small fridge in our room were all noted and utilised.

"Lovely stay with friendly hosts"

Breakfast was excellent, good buffet options as well as tasty cooked breakfast. Hosts very friendly and helpful. Room was well equipped and bed was comfortable. Mini fridge in room was excellent. Shower was really modern and spacious with good water pressure.

Unfortunately, during hot weather, the room got unbearably hot. Maybe net curtains or blinds would help? Also, the TV is a little small for the distance away and the height on the wall!

Great place to stay. Bob and Heather were great hosts who made us feel very welcome,Room was clean and comfortable and thoughtfully equipped. Excellent breakfast too
