I stayed there with my brother. We really love the place. It was very cozy and clean. The owner was really helpful. We enjoyed our stay.

Our stay was really above our expectations. Giannis, the owner, reached out to us from the day we booked, helped us with the car rental, told us about the places we would be visiting and tried to help us every step of this vacation. The house is exactly 10 minutes walk from the center, which was a great advantage for us. If we talk about the features of the house, the interior was completely new, comfortable, even the smallest needs were thought of. We enjoyed our stay and if we go to Chios again, we will definitely stay in the same place again!

New, well decorated, clean and enough for a good holiday.

It was a fantastic stay; I would absolutely come here again. All the details were simply perfect and well thought! Owners of the place are super kind and responsive at maximum. What can I expect more? It really gives an authentic Greek experience.

A well-designed room close to the centre. Everything was very clean and comfortable. There is a market within walking distance. The host was very helpful.

It was wonderful hosting and great experince. Giannis is very helpful guide and owner. He ensure us everthing we wanted. Also he was always in communication. The location was ok by car but by walking to center can be difficult. But we had car so it was ok for us. We will prefer him again😊

Maybe more kitchen equipment.

The location and cleanliness of the apartment was very good. Additionally, we were very happy to be hosted by Giannis. He was very helpful in everything. Thank you very much to him It made me very happy in every respect. If we come to Chios again, this will be our choice.

The house was restorated new furnitures. Every detail has been thought of in the kitchen and in the house. The owner was very helpful in finding a good rental car and gave us suggestions about the island. It will be the place I will come again on the island

The house is located close to the city center. The house is completely new and very comfortable. All facilities are available. Although the street is narrow, we could always find a place to park the car. Giannis helped us with everything. Whenever we needed something, he found a solution. He informed us about the places to visit and activities to do in the area. We thank him very much.

Everything in the house is new and very clean. The house is close to the center and there are places where you can easily park your car in the side streets. When we come to Chios again, we will definitely stay in the same place. Giannis helped us make a very nice trip plan regarding restaurants and villages.
