Available rooms at Buckingham road

Plenty of on road parking. Good location for the races. Basic but this is well reflected in the price.

Poor bedding. The walls and floors are paper thin. A group of men returned at 3am and you could hear every word of their conversation for over an hour. This made it difficult to sleep well. Every movement in the place from every guest could be heard.

Very good location for race course and city centre

Key was missing on arrival. Very thin walls can hear every word spoken at normal volume. Tap failed for hot water and was falling off.

It was cheap and clean

It was small and very creaky

Didn't stay as it felt like a half way house. Didn't present as a guest house.

the location was great for our races trip 👍

I didn't like the stairs 😕 I felt very unsafe carrying my suitcase upstairs. (see picture of stairs)
