The location is great, everything is near by the hotel

1-Their breakfast is not buffet type, so they have to wake you up daily at 8:00AM to take your break fist 2- very old furniture and the apartment was not cleaned properly, so many dirty dust and stuff were underneath the beds. 3- we had an issue where two ACs were producing sound, they took 2 to 3 hours to rectify them. 3- entire apartment, only one tissue box was available. 4- they didn’t provide is towels.

Staff is cooperative.

Breakfast was given only for 4 persons but at the time of booking we clearly mentioned 4 adults and one child 9 years old

The staff are friendly and welcoming. The prices for the stay are convenient, especially at peak season of Dhofar. The hotel is located 5 minutes drive from the city centre and 10 minutes from the airport.

The rooms cleanliness needs improvement. The water leaks in the toilets. The hotel's policy is to clean one day and not the next. The hotel doesn't have a dining experience, as breakfast is parcelled to the rooms and the food is cold.

Not clean at all … we have asked the staff to clean the bedsheets they said its just water mark . We found the hairs as well on the new bedsheets.
