We weren’t aware, that the place didn’t offer any wifi and that there was no backup for loadshedding, it meant that we didn’t have any running water additionally to no electricity. The place doesn’t look as glamorous as in the photos and has seen better days. Most accommodation in this price range would offer a bottle of water and milk ias a welcome but nothing here. Additionally there was some sort of mixup with our booking, we had booked 3 nights but they had us down for 2 nights and of course they blamed booking.com but not apologetic at all. All in all I would not recommend and wouldn’t book it again.

Location, privacy facilities- outstanding Thandi the housekeeper met us and was fantstic

Beautifully located within nature reserve Wildlife on your doorstep Peaceful and serene

Rooms quite far apart especially with a young family and smaller kids Living area and rooms not well lit - guess the kids like brightly lit rooms at night

Camping chairs broken and in horrible condition. Cutlery old and insufficient. Braai grid old and rusted through. Can see no money is spent on upkeep if basic essentials for self catering. Very disappointing given the price you pay.
