Clean room close to downtown

Bathroom was clean

1. Bed coverings was of very poor quality 2.There was not even a chair, dining table to sit and eat. 3. The caretaker was highly discourteous 4. No ability to adjust the heating. Requested adjustment, but the caretaker said the settings were common for all in the house. It was set at 67deg F. I needed to set it around 70F. It was cold in the room. 5.general look and feel of the accomodation was unclean except in bathroom/,toilet. 5. There was no satisfatory access to power points on the wall for charging phones. It was soewhat inaccessible. 6.overall not happy. I don't mind paying a little more if the above points were dealt with.

This is like a multi room facility lots of people and was noisy very poor sound proof between rooms. Somebody tried to get in to my room in the middle night. Maybe was drunk or semi sleeping. Bad experience

This should be more accurately described - and priced - as a hostel. It could be suitable for a quick overnight stay, but is extraordinarily overpriced for the basic quality and not terribly convenient location.
