The location is perfect. The washing was a bonus.

The potts were in a bad shape. Couldn't use it for cooking.

Beautiful location for the Cape Town Cycle Tour. Shot walk down to the beach and amenities.Plenty if towels and toiletries.

Place was not clean very dusty the main door and as I was assembling my bike I dropped a bolt and had to move the coffee table the dust and dirt seems like it never been cleaned for months. The fridge never worked so my food was spoilt and Harry promised to replace the fridge which he never did. He was aware that the fridge was faulty but still hired the place out. parking was on another premises basement packed with carnage bins which was not a nice sight.

The location is brilliant. Harry and Barbara got an electric blanket in to ensure my comfort during a cold snap, so very kind!

The kitchen could use an upgrade to fit in with the lovely new bathroom.

Location is excellent, shower/bathroom good, bed comfortable, huge TV, plenty plugpoints, building secure and well maintained.

Old tatty kitchen, floor not clean, furniture too large and too much for the space, place needs maintenance, lighting either just a lamp or 21 very bright downlights all at once!

The location is perfect, with easy access to the Sea Point promenade and convenient for great supermarkets, restaurants and the MyCiti bus. The bed was super comfortable, sheets and towels spotless and changed once in the 10 days I was there and the host, Harry, was extremely helpful and always available.

I found the heavy dark brown leather furniture unholiday like and a bit depressing. My main quibble relates to elements of upkeep -- a cupboard door handle that was broken, rotting wood in the window frame that makes it difficult to close, a loose panel exposing some rather unpleasant looking bricks. And it wouldn't hurt to install an electronic safe in the wardrobe rather than offer the use of a cumbersome one that has to be shared with the cleaning materials. The parking (in a garage opposite the building) is not ideal but the fact that there is parking at all is a bonus.

Amazing location. Close to everything. The apartment had everything I needed. It was so clean and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. Safe. Secure. Just awesome all round. Harry called to check on me which was amazing too.

Nothing on pictires it looked accessible but to get there was a mission.

The fact that I had to go up on stairs lots of them to get to the apartment .pictures about the place sold me a dead dream. I lost money 💰 I hate this place
