Fantastisk värd som mötte upp oss vid incheckning, gick igenom hela boendet och gav oss massa tips inför resan! Jättefin och fräsch lägenhet med allt man behöver, väldigt generöst och trivsamt.

Lite mörkt i rummet, men bra belysning så det gjorde inget.

Very kind host. De room is fantastic, comfortable and modern.

We provided our breakfast as we required Muesli and fruit , which we bought as well as milk and Lipton tea bags

Nothing in particular as we always found a parking space for our car, it was a pleasant safe walk to the restaurant and shopping area.

The Loft is very new. Designed with good use of space. It’s at street level and great location for access to Centro Storico, the Port and also the train station. Facilities are very good, Bed comfortable. Hot shower. Wardrobe for clothes and storage space under shelf for a medium suitcase. Kitchenette is functional for what we needed (breakfast and lunch). I add a couple pics of kitchenette. Owners supplied some coffee pods, tea bags, crackers etc, and some water (essential for travellers).

There were 3 small functional items, noted by other reviewers as needed or missing. I have made owner aware and they will address (a simple case of not understanding the need). A tea towel was one of those. So yes-small items. Pillows: this is very much my personal requirement but I find it difficult to sleep on soft pillows.

This is an amazingly well designed and appointed studio. It has everything. Very comfortable and everything is of a high quality. Do not hesitate to stay at this wonderfully well located apartment.

Loft Regina Minor was a great place to stay in Monopoli. The location was within walking distance of the old town/waterfront but on a quiet street, so outside the main hubbub. Free parking is plentiful (we found a spot right outside the front door). The place itself was very comfortable, especially the beds, and the washer came in handy. A wonderful stay for a couple of nights.

There was a bit of a language barrier upon arrival, which made communication a tad difficult.

Beautiful place. Very well equipped. Really enjoyed our stay in Monopoli.

The decor.

There is no parking. Trying to find a spot meant 30 minutes of driving in circles in February, the off season. The kitchen is not a kitchen you can cook in. The kitchen equipment was lacking. The bathroom was not well vented so any humidity from the shower or washer condensed on the ceiling and rained down on you. It was not worth the money.the breakfast was a plastic wrapped cookie and awful coffee.
