Cold water was waiting for us and the upstairs bedroom was perfect!

The location was excellent. We enjoyed the short walk down to the beach, and the bar/restaurant on the beach was spectacular at night. I enjoyed using the moka pot for coffee. The apartment felt clean and well appointed with all the required necessities.

It would have been better to have at least one dedicated staff member on or near the premise at all times. I had a confusing event with the door lock (it can lock from the outside in such a way that you cannot unlock from the inside), and this caused me to accidentally lock my girlfriend in the room. So, she ended up missing our dinner reservation. There was no one near to help.

None in particular. Nice location, but quite a walk from main ferry station, about 20-25 mins (uphill). Bus is available but need to match timings. San Giovanni Ferry had limited trips on offer for the day.

Host is great, has every thing ready and perfectly prepared. Great communication, perfectly clean apartment and nice simple decor.

We've just returned from a lovely stay at this apartment (pink house). Federico met us to check in and was extremely accommodating and friendly, letting us check in earlier than expected. He gave us lots of fantastic recommendations to eat in town, Carillon restaurant was our favourite. The location of the house is amazing, the walk from the apartment through the gardens was beautiful, only 28 euros for a family of 4 for a two day pass and well worth the money to go back and forwards into town, it closes at 7pm though so walking home was along the road but this was fine. The apartment is only a few minutes walk down to the beach in San Giovanni where we had a lovely lunch at the beach bar. Pink house was slightly smaller than i expected, I didn't realise there was no door to the bedroom as its open plan, however this didn't really matter. There was enough space for us (two adults and two children) for a couple of nights and I think the apartment is very reasonable considering its location in this gorgeous town. It was very clean, modern and had everything we needed for a short stay. I would definitely return if we ever visit Bellagio again.

Only tiny things like extra cushions and a lightweight blanket for the sofa bed. More coat hangers.
