La ubicación excepcional ,el apartamento está decorado con buen gusto y muy cómodo...Muy tranquilo ...

Location

Not having kitchen and not having hot water for 2 days

The location is great, near the waterfront and close to the old town, beach and railway station. The sun umbrella is also a bonus. The staff from Apulia are very nice. However

I think that behind the wardrobe in the dorm there is a door that connects the rest of the apartment. The neighbours living there were very noisy waking us up in 2 different nights. The last night they had a party until 4am, they were smoking something stinky and we could not sleep, the smell also got into our room. The check-out is at 10am so we only got a few hrs of sleep before having to leave. There were 3 times/9days when hot water was not available. The street is secondary and is used as public toilet by people and pets. Nobody cleans it, municipality should do something about this. Overall, if not for the noise the location would be a 8/10. But given the last night experience I cannot rate it more than 3/10.

Clean, comfortable, great location. Mini fridge, tea, coffee available. Wine glasses are a nice addition too for those who decide to pick up a bottle. The street is generally quiet. Someone met us to show us the property and where to get/leave the keys. We were able to check in a little earlier than check-in time, which saved us time.

Not that I actively disliked it, just something to keep in mind. Living on the first floor does get you loud people walking by. Owners don’t communicate over this app aside from automated messages, so use WhatsApp. You have to upload your id documents to a third party app along with a selfie. That is one thing I disliked.
