Tree Top Paradise

Beautiful home, tropical and beachy basically everything I love. Plenty of outside seating. Beds were comfortable. Host sent approval quickly and sent information for arrival ahead of time. Very easy instructions. Gas grill, bicycles kayaks and fishing gear available. Everything for a great time.

Gated community so that was additional cost. Neighbors not friendly. Had to go down a few houses outside of the community to see a sun set. No keurig.

The dinning table and chairs were hard to use in such a small space

Great central location to visit all the Key's from. 23 miles from Key West, 9 miles from Big Pine Key and 40 miles from Isla Morada. The amenities included bocce, pickle ball, tennis, swimming, fishing etc.

Die Unterkunft liegt sehr ruhig. Die Zimmer waren sehr geräumig. An Ausstattung hat es an nichts gefehlt. Besonders haben wir unseren Kaffee auf der tollen Terrasse genossen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Haben nichts zu bemängeln. Es war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt

Tree Top Paradise This was a great location for the plans my friend and I had made. The rental itself is in a gated community called Venture Out. The security for this community patrolled regularly and gave us an extra secure, friendly feeling during our stay. The home itself was very clean and cozy with all the accommodations you could possibly need from full kitchen necessities to fishing and outdoor gear including bicycles for crusing down to the beautiful pool and waterfront lounging areas and to the quaint little on property store. The gentleman there was super sweet and very helpful. This home also has a screened in outdoor sitting area upstairs, and includes a nice place to relax downstairs outdoors which makes for a great place to people watch as they pass by !

If I had to say anything negative about this stay, it would have to be lugging all our belongings up and down the 17 steps coming and going up and down. (Maybe in my younger years) So my suggestion would be to pack just personal items, clothes, toiletries and such. This property has everything else you could need, EXCEPT NO Ice maker ! However the on property store will be glad to sell you a bag or two. I would definitely stay here in the future if I am down that way again.

The scenery was beautiful the area was in good location and it also have their own store in the area which is a plus. The store has bait shop and gas for your boat. I surely would book again

I did not like paying an extra $125 at the gate before I can enter my area when I already purchased it on booking as a wholesale price. I don't mind paying extra fees as long as you tell me about them ahead of time I do not like surprises like this
