Everything sucks because of somebody try to brake our room !!! We heard somebody try to open each door at freaking 2.45AM !!! We already slept but startled after somebody try to brake our room. Sucks ! Don’t stay here ! The smell of this hotel also like shaitttt. I’m super serious

Sucks ! Very bad service. The receptionist don’t understand Malay & English also. So hard to communicate. Bad experience here !!!!! Don’t stay here

Everything, becoz the display in booking.com was totally differeng, the receptionist only speak alien language, Bangladesh, they complaint on you la booking, they told me, booking.com didn't reply their email, to remove the bed picture. So, booking.com better remove them from this world. Better Merlin hotel, got breakfast down below the hotel.

"Have to take it because too late to look for other available hotel."

The booking was for triplet room, but they only have twin room in facilities. Have to take anoher room for our need. Feel very upset on this matter.
