The location is great, but you have a lot of stairs to navigate when you come in and out.

The place was not clean, they never cleaned every day as detailed. I had to ask and ask again. When I asked for help taking one suitcase upstairs... I was ignored and just did 2 trips myself. When it rained the water came into the place. Possibly better outside the monsoon time

I loved the view, the modern design the quality of the toiletries.

The no mini bar fridge, no kettle/ tea or coffee. The room can get uncomfortably hot and the bathroom was blocked every time we showered.

Best place in Bali! Waking up and falling asleep to the sound of the ocean. Family run business and the breakfast is delicious! I would happily live here if I could! ☺️

fantastic windowview which pays off from first second of being there. also the room itself is new and tidy and equipped well, which imho is not common for ocean view venues. stuff is very open to requests, we were allowed to take beverages from the bar below to our room. atmosphere is pleasant in the evening when the band is playing. they play until 10pm

please be prepared that the sound of ocean is really loud at night because you literally live two steps ahead. i wore earplugs because i cant sleep with noises. also you can’t reach the venue with a bike, it’s 4 minutes walk with multiple ladders. we had just backpacks and it was easy.

Location, right on the beach ... above the warung. View is superb. Friendly staff all smiles and easy going. Food at the warung really good. Also close to other restaurants, a massage spa and live music downstairs or nearby till around 9pm. All fantastic Booked an extra few nights after the first two. A little expensive compared to other places but worth it due to view and ambience. A small convenience store at top entrance is handy too. No laundry tho for several kms...loong way.

Need a small fan in room (overhead ceiling or maybe pedestal) ... it was so hot! (A/C works but it is a large room so it is ineffective) A small fridge to keep water, soft drinks and ice creams cold would be soo good.

i arrived very late at night and we found it a bit difficult to figure out where our room was. I would suggest some more signs might be helpful. Thankfully there was a caretaker around and he was helpful and courteous

the lock on the door was a littly difficult to use and I would suggest that they can change this.

About 200 stairs to descend/ ascend. Directions were horrible, even after many calls to figure out location, we had to have an employee meet us to show the way through the alleys and carry a suitcase and bag. I would recommend for Back packers only!

The location was absolutely amazing, it was so stunning to wake up to the ocean views Every day and going to bed at night listening to the ocean was just so calming. The rooms were extremely clean and felt brand new and beautifully furnished. We loved that there was no tv so we could soak up the soundings.

Nothing .. there’s nothing to not like. If you don’t like stairs or have little children this could be a little different in the heat, but wasn’t a problem for us.
