We Could not understand the property in the back. There was a sign on one side of the deck that indicated it was not part of the rental which made deck usage questionable. Better clarify is needed.
If you are not expecting much then this is the place for you. Humid unless the a/c runs at 68 degrees and uncomfortable beds and ratty carpet and old appliances.

The pictures were a lie and did not at all accurately represent the place. An entire section of the house was not included in the image. The house was not clean. The rented sheets and towels smelled like feet and were gross. The bed was gross and the bunk beds didn’t leave much room for an actual human to sleep. There is no back yard and there are a weird amount of rugs in the front. The fridge looked like there was blood on the outside of it. There were BATHROOM STALLS which were NOT included in the listing. And there were bugs. A whole other freaking issue. The place was actually disgusting.

USBefore even entering the cottage, leaves covered the porch and the porch chairs were so disgustingly dirty and mildewy that none of us would even consider sitting on. Note-there are carpets (yes, carpets!) in the parking area that are damp and moldy which only adds to the smell. Inside, the smell of mildew was horrible-we made every attempt to air it out, which didn't work. The listing called for 3 bdrms, (2 double bdrms and a bunk room). What is actually there is ONE double room and the second bdrm had 2 triple bunks. Not adequate for our situation. I guess that the "third bdrm" was the triple bunk in the living room?!! Also, the mattresses were extremely uncomfortable:( Need to be replaced. We were very disappointed with our stay at this rental.
