The place, the setting, the rooms and common places such as the pool and the bar & restaurant area are very spacious and have a wonderful design and feel to them. Lots of greenery around, trees flowers, native plants. Very beautiful and enjoyable place!

The communication with the winery-hotel is leased out to an intermediary company who did not communicate properly that we requested vegetarian and vegan meal in advance and that we would be arriving on Sunday afternoon, around 6:30. By then there was no one at the restaurant, only the gatekeeper who opened us after some messages and waiting. Direct communication and someone always being there would be very useful, there was no one from the service staff until 9am next morning. At breakfast the staff attended us very well and solved our request well, even though they were not previously informed about our meal request. Suggestion: have a fixed phone number for the property and have a permanent staff member there on site always for any situation. (One could not even ask for a bottle of wine on Sunday afternoon at 7pm, which was a pity as it was my birthday and we went there to celebrate). In spite of this, I’d return happily and hope to have a staff member who can attend guests even in the evenings.
