Modern Luxury Lower Penthouse Unit

The location was great next to the Power Bank Mall. There is an amazing coffee shop very close too and a 7/11. The gym in the building is actually pretty good. The washing machine and dryer are newer and work well. Has a great view.

The place needs significant investment. The kitchen had NO cutlery at all. The pots and pans that were there were very unclean and old. The small convection oven was quite disgusting. The TV was very old and we could barely stream to it. There is a 2 second delay each time you press a button. The soundbar is old and broken and make a terrible racket so we had to unplug it. The pictures show the beds with LED lights. These did not work and they were very old and yellow when I looked. The rooftop area is also very old and while I got a few good pictures of the city it wasn't an area I would spend any time in. The building also needs better upkeep. The showers are a bit old and stained but ok. There was bath gel and shampoo, no conditioner or hand soap for the basin after you go to the toilet. Only one small toilet roll for our entire stay.

Property was just like the photos, incredible view, super comfortable stay.

The host was great

The apartment was clean and big enough to accommodate family of 4.

The floor had some foul smell

Safe and secure. Security staff were polite and efficient. Close to the shopping centre across the bridge (walking distance).

The apartment was nice, however the water pressure was very low, and the hot water heater provided warm water only.
