De mooie ruime kamer en het kunnen gebruiken van de keuken en het dakterras en de ligging ten op zichte van het centrum

Het piepende/krakende bed en het douchen in bad. Hele badkamer nat.

Le petit déjeuner "compris", a disposition des biscottes, du thé ou café, beurre, lait, confitures et croissants sous sachets, cela ne vaut pas un petit déjeuner payé en surplus. Il manque du pain, du jus de fruits, des fruits, yaourts etc.. Ce qui est a disposition l'est dans d'autres logements sans le payer en surplus. À revoir ce point.

Encore un grand merci à Alessandra de nous avoir arrangé en nous laissant arriver un peu plus tôt. Alessandra est une hôte disponible et réactive. C'était notre deuxième passage à Oristano car il y a toutes les commodités, proximité de la gare et de la station de bus pour se rendre sur des plages d'exception

Very nice place to stay and visit Oristano. Good location - close to the city center, but at the same time on the sidelines, so you can relax. The room was clean and tidy, the bathroom belonging to the room was also clean, spacious and well-equipped. A big plus in the period we were there (early March) was an electric heater in the bathroom. The common area is spacious and very well-equipped. Good contact with the owner - we had a problem with the air conditioning and after reporting it, the service appeared immediately and solved it. A big plus is the possibility of self-check-in and check-out.

No parking space - you have to look hard to find a free space along the street. The sink in the bathroom was incorrectly connected to the sewage system - no siphon, which caused an unpleasant smell to come from it.
