INIt has an ample parking space and is located in the heart of Tawang City which gives easy access to the market.
Customer service is pathetic.
INThe rooms were were very comfortably furnished and spacious, quite clean. The electric bed-warmer was a great add-on for the Tawang climate. Sourav, the manager, is very courteous and helpful. He did everything he could to make our stay comfortable and address any issues we were having. He was also very efficient in arranging our day trips along with permits from Tawang with a reliable local driver for the best prices.
Amaze is a brand-new homestay. At the time we visited, it was understaffed. Sometimes, no one was available in kitchen when we went there for hot water or other needs. The geyser in one of the rooms was malfunctioning and could not be fixed on time. But i think these issues came up because they are just starting out, They took our feedback very well, and I confident that they will resolve these shortcomings going forward.
