Location is beautiful. House is cared for well by Peter. Affordable. Plus there's a weed shack down the road. Any house by the weed shack is bound to be awesome.

Just need a bin cage outside to stop monkeys and wildlife ripping them apart as rubbish builds up and then so do the flies. Lord of the flies easy fix.
