Prédio da Estação

There was mould on almost on every wall and the house was smelling dumb. No sound proof at all, we could hear everything from the other apartments on the building and from the street. The whole street infront of the house is being renovated at the moment and no one informed us so we struggled with the parking and carrying luggages.

The host is exceptionally kind and accommodating. The apartment is comfortable and spacious. The large floor-to-ceiling windows opening onto the balcony, if the curtains are intentionally drawn back, allow for splendid natural lighting during the day and offer a view of the distant cottage lights at night.

Das einzig positive an der Unterkunft war, dass sie vor unserem Einzug gereinigt wurde und sich eigentlich in einem sauberen Zustand befand.

Die Wohnung weist an verschiedensten Stellen sehr starken Schimmelbefall in nahezu allen Räumen auf. Bei unserem Einzug bestand ein Wasserschaden, so dass es durch die Decke im Schlafzimmer auf den Boden und das Fensterbrett tropfte. In diesem Zimmer war ein Deckenventilator angebracht, der ohne dass es dafür einen Schalter gibt, in Dauerbetrieb ist. Wahrscheinlich, um den Schimmelbefall durch Lüftung zu mindern, was allerdings nicht ausreicht.

Mofo no quarto e poeira no chão.

O acesso ao lado da estação de metro e comboios torna o local acessível e de fácil locomoção, a 20 minutos de metro da estação São Bento onde tem vários pontos turísticos .
