Hotel O Grand Villa

The thing was 1 star rating is also waste of time to give them

They are charging everything high i stayed 3 days and I asked for 2 hours time of exemption to checkout they have been charged 350 for that also if we order food with them they charge double rates . No room cleaning daily, not changing bed sheets or pillow covers nothing is there. We get foul smell all around the hotel. It's a very bad experience

Room was on second floor, steep stairs, no lift. First room they offered was dirty, wet, toffee wrappers strewn around, second room had no space to move around, access to cupboard blocked by beds, water dripped from ceiling and all our stuff and shoes got wet. Third room we were shifted had no TV, peeling wall paper and so on. No in house restaurant. Complimentary breakfast is Rs 40 worth of poha from a roadside kiosk and tiny cup of tea. So, we avoided the next two days. No toiletries in the washroom. Even for handwash, we had to plead, then got on second day. No concept of cleanliness or hygiene. We stayed for three days and our rooms were not cleared even once or sheets/towels changed. Soiled dinner plates were left outside rooms for days.

Good staff behavior and location

Nice Budget hotel. Hotel staff is very supportive. Iqbal took good care & was very responsive. Please see this is one of the very few genuine hotels in this area(MHADA).
