If you are looking for a clean, calm and relaxing stay - DON’T come here

A huge disappointment :(( I honestly do not know how it can be rated that high. I totally understand it is a budget guest house, but it is just impossible to live, especially if you are planning a longer stay. We booked a room here for a month, but had to move out in less than a week. We found our room extremely dirty, with thick dust, dirt all over the surfaces, and mold stains on the bathroom curtain, someone’s shaved hair in the toothbrush glass etc. We paid for an upgrade hoping for better conditions in a terrace room - it was not better. We had to buy cleaning staff and spend a day cleaning up, just to make it possible to live and work there. The yellow work chair was black with dirt - we took it out from the room. We had to wait for 15-20 minutes for the water to come warm, and the pressure was so low. Finally there was constant smell of garbage smoke, from morning till night, apparently some of the neighbours were burning staff outside. So it became impossible to stay outside either. In addition there are local families living on the same group of houses, which would be totally fine - however they were having loud parties till late night, and making construction noises during the day. All in all, we had to leave urgently - we talked to the management company, they promised to return the unused money. However the full amount was not returned, although they confirmed they would. So unfortunate that we had to go through this experience.
