Salty Dogs Chalet

We needed an additional night stay and the host was fantastic and arranged for us at a moments notice.

The property was exceptionally clean, decorated beautifully and very well equipped. The little extras made such a difference - fresh towels, a pint of milk in the fridge, biscuits, condiments and tea/coffee/sugar. Everything we needed and more! Super cosy at night with the little electric heaters, a real bonus having broadband and everything was just super comfortable! So close to the sea front too, it was lovely to be able to walk the dog on the beach and sit and watch all the rabbits running around!

Nothing! We’ve stayed in a few chalets and caravans in and around Lowestoft, and this is top of the list hands down!

Very clean and had everything we needed

Absolutely loved this place, perfect location and great for walking the dog, so close to the beach and short drive to Lowestoft and Southwold. Plenty of pubs nearby all dog friendly. Chalet itself had everything you needed and was one of the best places we've stayed in. We will definitely stay here again.

There was nothing we didn't like.

Loved the chalet and comfort. Was perfect for our needs. All equipment provided was used except for the cheese grater, lol

The vacuum cleaners filters could do with a refresh as using the cleaners generated an aroma that was hard to describe but opening the windows and use of air freshener soon sorted that minor blip!!

Beautiful, modern, spotlessly clean chalet in a peaceful location with some lovely coastal walks.

Facilities in village could have been a bit better i e. On a Saturday night both chips shops were shut and pub stopped doing food at 6.00pm.
