"They must be more communicative with their guests"

I liked the decoration and amenities.

There was no parking, no one greeted us, never received an email with instructions to enter the property. When we arrived there was no one there and the property is like an AIRBNB, but we didn't know that. I had to go to a nearby hotel so I could get in touch with someone. The number listed here doesn’t work and I try to call the next day and no one answers. The service was very very poor, communication is key.
