WiFi didn’t work the entire stay, room smells odd, you can hear the neighbors / rooms next door clearly

The location is close to La Parguera

Too much noise from the staff . Can’t rest well . It was raining and the water got tru the hallway. Too pricey for the facility!! Not cable .

The only good things was that It was close to where we were going. Had good air conditioning and had off street parking.

Stained bed sheets/cover and towels. The light was way too dim to clearly see anything and there was no way to adjust it brighter. We were saying they keep the light very dim so that you can’t see the stains. Also…only cold shower water. It’s not easy to locate. It’s called La Chalé yet there is no sign of the name anywhere and when we asked the locals they did not know about it. Eventually I asked a man on the street which coincidently had just left La Chalé and he assured me were it was. We were there and waisted about 40 minutes just locating exactly where it was. It is at the rear or what looks like a Mexican restaurant. The place is nothing like the picture they posted.

The location was perfect, and the check inn was on time

The property needs some improvement. It was clean but needs more details in the cleaning!! The person received us was not the host, it’s was the one that cleans. At the check out no one ask us how was your stay or anything. Just ask us if the rooms are not occupied because they need to clean!!
