USIt was quiet.
I like to sit in the common areas. I felt confide to my room. I'm use to a private space. This was the frist time I rented a bedroom. I will differently be more thorough the next time. Also the tv downstairs was not hooked up. I'm not sure if the tenant meant for it to be unhooked or not.
USUSI loved being able to use the kitchen, supplies being provided, having a desk to sit at and eat if I didn’t want to eat downstairs although sometimes I would. The cat is so cute! Especially being able to wash and dry at no extra cost, you just need to get your own detergent. And the ability to lock my room while away. I really enjoyed my stay here, the homeowner is very nice and did her best to keep the bathroom clean and room cleaned after a guest would leave.
This is to no fault of the homeowner at all but other guests not following the rules and being loud at certain hours or several people staying in one room without the homeowner being aware, I mean it’s impossible to be aware of everything so again this is the guests’ responsibility to adhere to the rules of a person’s house; so safety was sometimes a concern.

The guest I shared a bathroom with is a smoker and she had the rooms smelling like cigarette smoke when she came back indoors from smoking outside. This was out of anyone's control, though.
USUSUSVery clean room in a big house. Was easy to come and go without disturbance of others. Never had any issues with overlap in the shared space.
The location was good for distance to the city and surrounding area. At first I didn't realize it was in a neighborhood, witch was a surprise, but wasn't an issue at all. Just had to park on the street.
