Lovely, clean and cosy apartment, it's got everything you need.

Absolutely beautiful experience! Nice spacious apartment in an authentic stone house, very clean, beautifully designed and equipped with everything you need including some basics for cooking like spices, also tea and coffee. I really appreciated the super comfy bed after walking all day, with a crisp silence I slept like a baby (which doesn’t happen often to me), and what a magical time I had stepping out of the apartment right to the small beach early in the morning when the sun was still rising and the sea was mirroring the surrounding mountains. I needed some peaceful time and this place was ideal for recharging. The location is away from the busier sites of Kotor yet still within a walkable distance from the old town and the bus station and the whole walk is right by the sea so it‘s pleasant anyway. Thank you, Milena and Pedja, for being such great hosts and sharing your space!

The owner is simply magnificent. Good-natured and with a great sense of humor. The apartment is clean, 10 meters from the sea, direct exit from the apartment. Convenient access to the bus stop and Parking. A small shop is 150 meters away.

The property has great location. Pedja is so helpful and kind. Room is new and stylishly decorated. We will definitely stay again.

The apartment was spacious and well located by the sea in a quiet area. Pedja and his family were very kind and welcoming and made our time here very special.

Location is very nice

This property surpassed all expectations. If you want to feel like you are at home, you should choose this apartment. Very clean and comfortable, located on the first line from the sea. It suits for long time living because it is very well furnished and has all the things you might need. The host allowed us to live with our two small dogs, and they were happy here.

Our holiday was fantastic. Beautiful weather and amazing country. The host pedja,his wife and 2 boys were fabulous. Great hosts very kind and caring. Dobrota is a good base to stay when visiting kotor and regina di dobrota is a trully amazing place to stay. We will be back next year for definite.

Nothing. Everything was perfect

Pedja and his family were very charming, welcoming and friendly, they treated us like we were part of the family with a welcome glass of homemade grappa. They were great at communicating and very helpful. The room was on the ground floor, very cosy, clean, with tastefully curated decor, and great amenities. The location was beautiful, right by the sea, far enough from the cars, boats and touristy hubbub of the Old Town. It took 45 minutes to walk to Kotor Old Town along the waters edge, which was beautiful on a sunny day…
