GBModern small property, fully equipped kitchen, easy parking, quiet, great beach access.
No handsoap provided in either bathroom which I thought wasn't acceptable considering the cost of the accommodation. Pillows very poor quality/flat- best take your own!

Could have been cleaner. Some crocks left dirty. Crumbs and dust around kitchen appliances. Plugs stained and needed bleach.

The key box was very stiff, could do with a bit of WD40, it took us a good 10 minutes to get it open.
GBGreat location for Filey Beach and trips out to Filey , Bridlington , Scarborough , Filey Brigg also Filey Bird and Animal Park. Used the pool facilities which we enjoyed and sauna and steam room. Azure Beach House was lovely everything you could need for a home from home stay , The Bay site was all well maintained , cannot comment on the Pub and Amusements/Clubhouse as we didn't use these. Would recommend and return. Also thanks to Anthony and the ABH Team kept up to date with everything as soon as booked Thank You .
The pool was a little cool even the children's one maybe this needs looking into as a couple of other people commented .
GBThe Beach House was of a high standard, good layout and well equipped - with ample parking. Nice balcony & outdoor furniture, but this will need maintenance soon to keep appearance. Excellent location on the site and ideal for waking into nearby Filey or visiting other locations. Small shop and Pharmacy on site. Anthony responded very promptly to small number of issues raised and all were resolved.
Only a small point - Rules and instructions were a bit overwhelming for two old codgers ... we needed help from Anthony to turn heating on, tune TV (occasional WiFi problems) and sort fan for shower room ... Anthony very helpful, but we didn't expect to have to address these problems. Pub was ok - you expect drinks to cost more at these places ... but outside seating not very good ... shame restaurant not open. (all taken into account when rating VFM)
