The location of the property wasn’t a direct route but the villa itself was beautiful, the swing and the rainforest as a backdrop was very scenic. Rooms were small but clean. Outdoor area was good to hang out with friends.

Facilities weren’t great, nothing provided in the fridge like ice, bottled water or milk to make tea, coffee yourself. No staff in the villa which made it harder to request for anything you need during your stay.

We had requested a vegitarian floating breakfast for one of the days when we booked the accomodation. Somehow it did not eventuate as we did not have many vegitarian options.

We liked evwry aspect of the accomodation. Very clean and tidy, lots of greenery around and very helpfull staff.

Beautiful villa, located in an isolated location. Very comfortable to have 3 separate couples staying with 3 separate and large bedrooms with ensuites that complement. The villa is just over 1 year old, but it feels more like 5 years old given some of the items are showing minor wear and tear. The common areas include a fully functioning high-end kitchen with gas cooking, large fridge and microwave. There is no dishwasher which means that for 6 adults staying at a time, the sink has to be cleared of used items. The sink is not very large. The villa offers a package of additional services, but they did seem pricey and you have to provide a 24-hour heads-up notice that you would like to use the additional services. We did request a massage service 1 day ahead but they did not turn up. Laundry service is available and very affordable. If you don't need laundry services, make sure that you don't leave anything in the wicker basket in your room. We were thinking of gathering our laundry over a few days but made the mistake of accidentally leaving a few items in the basket, and then finding them gone and returned the next day. Yes, the next day - it is not a same-day service. If you do your laundry service the day before you are leaving, you might have the stress of waiting for your laundry to be returned.

Navigating to the villa can be challenging due to its isolated location and extremely narrow road. Vehicles often have to maneuver carefully when encountering oncoming traffic, which can be time-consuming. The road is not lit at night, so a torch is necessary if you plan to walk to the nearest convenience store, which is about a 10-minute walk away on a major road. Bedrooms 2 and 3 are connected by a non-soundproof door, which might be uncomfortable if you are not familiar with the guests in the adjacent room. On the last day, the water heater in bedroom 1 malfunctioned, requiring us to use the ensuite in another guest room for showers. The villa's internal Wi-Fi is unreliable, with a patchy signal despite the presence of Wi-Fi repeaters. Streaming TV in all three bedrooms simultaneously can result in significant buffering. There are small ants throughout the villa, so ensure all food items in the kitchen are tightly sealed to avoid attracting them. Be prepared for the possibility of ants getting into your luggage.

Rooms were nice and big and the beds very comfortable. Plenty of space to relax. For an early morning coffee walk behind the temple and thru rice field. Turn left and there is a Coffee to Go Kelic. Good coffee and banana bread. Can also have breakfast there

It was all the little things. When we arrived one door was making loud noise, one room bedsheets weren’t really clean and the door didn’t lock and the other had problem with shower. They had to fix while we were there things that should have been done. Our room hand gel ran out. I put body wash there to wash hands hoping they would realise it needed filling but they didn’t so I did. One room hot shower wasn’t working several times. Wifi not consistent. Cleaning was average. Bathroom glasses still had toothpaste on them after they’d cleaned. The place is a fair distance to town. Especially at night and lunch time it took anywhere from 45min to an hour to get to town. Found price didn’t reflect the Villa too costly

The villa was beautiful, just like in the pictures. It's spacious and there is ample space for privacy and also to be together. The pool is amazing, as is the floating bed over the water. The villa is close enough from central Ubud (10-15 min by car) to have access to all the restaurants and store, but far enough to feel intimate and away from the hustle and bustle. Service reaction time was extremely fast. A great place to spend a few days chilling and disconnecting from the world.

Individually, nothing was deal breaker, but there were some small details: - The villa had some maintenance issues - There was a rat in the kitchen one evening - There was construction around the villa on and off, so it can get a bit noisy at times - Breakfast was so so - Service was correct yet it was business like. You can tell this is a big business and lacks a bit of personal feeling. - If you have little kids (like was our case), there are many areas which require constant supervision
