The price this hotel is charging is not at all justified. Rooms are extremely basic with not even a complimentary water bottle. For this price point, there should've been some breakfast included etc., but nothing's there. Additionally, the washroom was extremely stinky and there were no toiletry as well (no tooth brush, or even soap/shampoo). The staff is extremely rude and behaves as if they're doing you a favor by letting you stay (no sense of hospitality around). The check-in process is extremely painful, they'll first take all government IDs (which is okay and standard), but after that make you fill in an entire physical notebook, Whatsapp the payment details etc. (all this info the hotel folks aleady have). I booked through Booking.com, and hotel folks asked me to pay 100% amount upfront else they'll cancel my booking. PATHETIC EXPERIENCE.

Not kettle heater is there , not coffee is provided at the time , breakfast and coffee not provided on correct time ,I have cancelled the order due to delay,
