Ease of parking opposite to the hotel, Friendly staff and the rooms were clean. Breakfast was good but it was a prepacked one so no possibility of getting more if needed.

They can plan for more items in the breakfast as the quantity is a bit low and for people who want a hearty breakfast, the portions is not enough

Location and one of the staff other than MR Yunis.

Mr Younus the manager was very arrogant. He did not the ready the rooms prior to our arrival inspite of we pre-booking the rooms in advance and me personally speaking to him in the morning of day of arrival. He was rude and gave us the rooms after 2 hours of arrival at the hotel. He kept us waiting in the lobby as they were cleaning the rooms. Also, there was no power from 8 pm till 1 am inspite of power back up as the generator was not able to take the load.

Friendly staff with immediate attention to all the queries.. Thanks for making our stay memorable..
