Dirty and conditions are not like ones of photos and ads. The toilet was a turnoff too. I asked for a cancellation, the admin initially refused, but I insisted. She finally ok it. But held my money for a week for a manual refund. When refunded, I was charged with rp 180rb admjn fee. They should have cancel it right away and not asked me to wait. Anyway, be careful with such a scam like this. It really gives the real AirBnB owners a bad name.

Simple checkin process

Would be better if host can provide instructions for guests to drive to the property. We made 2 wrong entries, first to the mall and second to another apartment.

I left my son’s pillow and they help to store it in the mailroom where i picked up safely after 3 weeks

Lack of amenities, only given 1 access card, NO TOWEL at all it was really frustrating. Space very small to fit 3 adults and 1 child.

The apartment itself was small, compact, and modern, with a stunning view of the city. It was clean, conveniently located, and featured a swimming pool on the first floor. The TV included apps for YouTube, Prime, and Netflix. The owner communicated effectively to resolve initial issues such as no network on the TV and the lack of towels.

Our stay was initially challenging due to confusing booking details, with the listing incorrectly named Dovey Apartments instead of Orchard Apartments, causing confusion for us and our GRAB driver. For a 7-day stay, we found only two towels for three people, and basic amenities like water, tea, and coffee were lacking, which was unexpected for a 4-star rating. However, the owner promptly addressed these issues by providing extra bedding and additional towels.

The room was exactly like the photos in this app and comfy. The room was clean and the wifi was great

I think the owner should have told everyone who booked this property that they have to lend other person's access card to go to the mailroom. Because the security won't help you to go there so we were a little bit confused at first, but finally got some help from other person that lives in that apartment. But other than that everything was fine. Thankyou!
